Shipping policy

* Stallion shipping may not be available for all destinations. Availability will be shown at checkout.

• Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We will ship to the address provided at checkout.

• If an address is incorrect, incomplete, marked as “address not found,” or considered invalid by the carrier, and the package is returned to us after shipment, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order to be shipped again.

• Please avoid using P.O. Box addresses whenever possible, as some of our shipping carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

• For a very small number of remote, island, or special-service areas, actual carrier charges may be significantly higher than our standard shipping rate. In these rare cases, we may contact you regarding an additional shipping charge or offer to cancel and refund the order. Whenever possible, we will still honor our regular shipping rates without requesting additional payment.

• In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, order processing may be delayed. Your order will be fulfilled as quickly as conditions allow.

• We take every reasonable precaution to prevent damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.

• Available international shipping services vary by country. Please enter your full address at checkout to see available options.

• For US orders, duties and taxes are included whenever applicable — no extra charges are expected at delivery.

• For all other international destinations, including the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes charged by their local customs office.
