Miffy wearing a Miffy backpack. A rabbit carrying a smaller version of her own head on her shoulders, and nobody at the design studio apparently thought to stop it.
From the same Busan run as the sailor mascots, where Miffy carries a Miffy-head crossbody bag instead — same joke, different bag. The two work as a pair if you like that kind of thing.
