Rilakkuma Arctic Costume Plush

Rilakkuma (リラックマ) bundled up for the North Pole, from San-X's あつめてぬいぐるみ collectible series tied to the Rilakkuma anime. The official name for this outfit is 北極コスチューム — the Arctic costume.

A yellow polka-dot hooded puffer with white fleece trim, blue shorts, white mittens and a small Rilakkuma face patch on the chest. The hood pulls up over the ears, which is the whole charm of it.
